GT Dental Assistant Training School seeks to teach skills to individuals wanting to join the dental workforce. The Bureau of labor statistics reports the Dental Assistant job field is expected to grow at a significant pace within the next 8 years. Following dental assisting program graduation/completion, Individuals can expect to earn 13-19 dollars an hour as a trained dental assistant in many different settings.
Helping Achieve Success
GT Dental Assistant Training School is founded by Faye Richardson. Certified in Nitrous Oxide Monitoring, Sedation Monitoring, Radiology, Coronal Polishing and Infection Control in the Dental office, Ms. Richardson has over 20 years of experience as a Dental Assistant. Ms. Richardson gained most of her experience in pediatric dentistry and learned most of her foundational skills from Dr. Randy Adams out of Richmond Virginia, whom she assisted for over seven years. Ms. Richardson relocated to Charlotte NC where she worked as an expanded duty dental assistant for 12 years and completed a degree program in May 2020. Ms. Richardson has worked with several dentists over the past 20 years learning the latest techniques and styles of dentistry and courteous patient care. For the past several years, she has been training dental assistants with varying degrees of experience from those who are new to dentistry to seasoned veterans. Over the years, Ms. Richardson discovered a talent and love for teaching and helping others expand their skillsets and perfect their craft and the idea for the GT Dental Assistant Training School was born.
